Licensing badge template for a new wiki page that presents a music work, to be used in this wiki to declare the Creative Commons License CC-BY-SA as the presented music work's free cultural works license.
Usage in a wiki page that presents a free cultural work:

You can specify the version of that Creative Commons license. Example:
- {{cc-by-sa|version=4.0}}
Only if you publish a work or a variant of a work first published earlier under version 1.0, then you MUST reuse this version number since that is ruled by that license version!
If you publish a variant of a cultural work first originally published under license CC-BY-SA, version 2.0 or higher version number (2.5, 3.0, 4.0), then you can use one of the newer versions for publishing your variant. Any free cultural work first published for free use on freemusicwiki.org applying CC-BY-SA license but w/o license version number, is supposed to be version 2.0, because version 1.0 is designed only for the USA. Thus 1.0 is definitely not wanted here for new free cultural works presented to our international wiki community, with the exception of pages which show a work or variants of a work originally published under version one.
